Moser Named #1 Best Place to Work in Indiana

Moser Consulting, a technology consulting company, has taken the top spot in the Best Places to Work in Indiana Medium Company category, confirming central Indiana as the heart of the silicon prairie. The Indiana Chamber of Commerce honored 125 companies from across the state at the 2019 Best Places to Work in Indiana celebration dinner on April 30, 2019. Rankings for the organizations were announced in four categories. Taking the top spot in the Medium category was technology firm Moser Consulting.

Moser has been on the list for seven years, with 2019 being the first year to be named number one, thanks to the open style culture that feels like family.

When asked about the secret sauce of their corporate culture at Moser, Ty Moser, President and CEO responded, “Moser has not lost track of what makes us great. Our people are the stars. The consultant-client relationship is the engine that drives the company. The personal success of each consultant determines our success as a company.”

This is manifested in a number of programs. Moser has one of the most robust training programs available. The Indiana Chamber of Commerce is the sponsor of the Best Places program which determined the top companies in the state through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. The Best Companies Group, who handled the selection process, oversee similar programs in 25 other states.

All companies participating in the 2019 Best Places to Work program receive an in-depth evaluation identifying strengths and weaknesses according to their employees, who are surveyed anonymously. The report is used in developing and enhancing employee retention and recruitment programs.
